Dr. Sivaguru S. Sritharan – Global Validation Chair

Dr. Sritharan is an internationally renowned aerodynamicist, applied mathematician, and AI research leader. He currently serves as Co-Founder and Chief Scientist of QuantSafe Inc., a deep-tech venture spun out from Wall Street Fintech AI Inc. in New York.

He has held senior academic and public service roles as Provost and Vice Chancellor of the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, Dean of Engineering at the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School, and Director of Science & Technology at the U.S. Naval Information Warfare Systems Command.

As Global Validation Chair, Dr. Sritharan applies a rigorous interdisciplinary framework to ensure the Awards recognize responsible, inclusive, and impactful applications of AI in finance.

• Generative AI-Assisted Analysis – AI research tools (including ChatGPT and DeepSeek) are applied to cross-check achievements, highlight patterns of impact, and identify regional/global relevance.
• Cross-Border Validation – Honorees are evaluated against international benchmarks of innovation, governance, and inclusion in finance.
• Final Review by Global Validation Chair – Dr. Sritharan applies a rigorous interdisciplinary lens, ensuring that each recognition meets the highest standards of integrity, responsibility, and innovation.
